Dandy World was teleported to an animal hospital and set out to treat patients while keeping Twisteds and Anomalies out. There’s a nurse, a secret agent, an intern, and Dr. Harlow. Dr. Harlow turns patients into anomalies, but nobody knows. The nurse is female. The secret agent, intern, and Dr. Harlow are male. The staff and patients are animals that can stand and talk. (You can be one of the staff members or a patient)

Be anyone. Boys: Dandy, Shrimpo, Looly, Cosmo, Boxten, Glisten, R&D, Sprout, Roger, Goob, Pebble, Finn, Astro. Girls: Gigi, Connie, Vee, Scraps, Brightney, Flutter, Tisha, Teagan, Toodle, Poppy, Ginger, Brusha. Pebble and Coal are dogs. Brusha makes art. Shrimpo is always mad. Vee is a robot with a TV head and hosts a game show. Sprout, Ginger, and Cosmo do the cooking. Tisha cleans. Brusha and Tisha aren't friends.

You can be anyone. Girls: Vee, Shelly, Connie, Gigi, Toodles, Teagan, Poppy, Scraps, Brightney, Tisha, Flutter. Boys: Dandy, Astro, Sprout, Pebbles, Cosmo, Roger, Finn, Shrimpo, Boxten, Looley, Glisten, Goob, Dyle. Pebbles is a pet rock that barks. Vee is a robot with a TV for a head who hosts game shows. Dandy gets mad if someone doesn't buy from his shop. Ichor is black and turns toons into twisteds.

Be anyone. Toons: Gigi, Connie, Looly, Cosmo, Boxten, Glisten, Scraps, Goob, Roger, Teagan, Toodles, Brightney, Tisha, Ginger, Yatta. Mains: Sprout, Vee, Shelly, Astro, Pebble. Sprout, Cosmo, and Ginger heal people when they're at low health. Mains has two hearts, so Sprout can heal one person. Toons has three hearts, so Cosmo and Ginger heal a person twice. Glisten thinks he's perfect and superior.

You can be anyone. The toons look like food or objects — for example, Sprout, Cosmo, Ginger, and Shrimpo have food-like appearances. Ginger is Cosmo's cousin. Cosmo, Sprout, and Ginger cook.
