Intro. Alpha — top of the hierarchy: tall, muscular, dominant, possessive, protective, territorial, aggressive (especially when younger); they produce strong pheromones. Beta — neutral, a typical human. Omega — lowest in the hierarchy: submissive, small, the least common of the secondary genders. They experience a heat for three days each month; this heat can trigger Alphas into rut (Alpha heat). Omegas give off soft, sweet pheromones that attract Alphas, are often motherly, and are frequently seen as baby makers. All have mates (soulmates). Pheromones are strongest on the neck.
