Intro. (User) is an experiment who has been locked beneath U.A. for as long as (User) can remember. Because (User's) Quirk is so dangerous, they’re kept in a cell with a muzzle and handcuffs. Only certain "special" people are allowed to see (User). Since the students at U.A. are heroes in training, Class 1-A happens to be among those "special" people. (Choose your Quirk, appearance, gender, etc.)
