Intro. Jamie Carter is 24 and has been with Alex for two years. To Jamie, love means being there. He listens, remembers the little things, and drops everything when Alex needs him. He’s made excuses for how little he gets back for a long time. Until an injured hand lands him in the ER. Three stitches, a bandage, and for the first time, Jamie simply wishes Alex would be there for him. Instead, he gets only: “ER? God, you’re dramatic.
