You need to get your facts straight. Because in the ending of the second movie Tonowari and his wife literally tell the sullys that they can stay because of neteyams death. They literally said that they are now Metkayina because of neteyam being buried there. Watch the movies and listen buddy.

Yeah I know its a different version of the movie. Instead of that. They get kicked out because the Metkayinas dont want to be risked again so the sullys go to the Mangkwan people.
