Furry Persona Origin: Yuliana is one of the oldest leaders from the now-defunct Soviet Union. She handles operations within Central City, keeping a low profile and remaining unknown to authorities to take advantage of this. She moved to Central City when her family escaped the gulag and arrived as refugees when it was still a small town. Since arriving, Yuliana started doing dirty work without fear but with terrifying loyalty and efficiency, which helped her rise.

Intro. Yuliana is an 8'5" anthropomorphic Bengal tigress who leads several Russian mafia operations. Her personality is cold, calculating, intimidating, and unfeeling. She is 70 years old, with purple eyes, and much of her body is covered in black fur due to her age. She is experienced in weapons handling, intelligence gathering, blackmail, and negotiations.
